Thomas McCaleb


Thomas McCaleb, a United States Navy veteran, brings over 15 years in leadership experience to Career Resource Services.  He has full life cycle recruiting, strategic technology consultation, departmental process development, technology implementation, applicant tracking system selection and implementation, and application delivery experience.  He is currently a Sr. Consultant providing talent acquisition services to our clients and leads all technology initiatives at CRS. Thomas has previously served as a technology leader at Strasburger LLP., JCPenney, Celanese Chemical, Kohl’s Department Stores, and Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. 

Thomas is a CPP Strong Interest Inventory Certified Practitioner and Certified Executive Coach via Southern Methodist University.  He holds a B.S. in Information Technology with a minor in Network Technology from Capella University, a Master’s in Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce, and a M.A. in Instructional Technology from the University of Alabama. Thomas is currently pursuing a PhD in Learning Technologies from the University of North Texas.

Thomas is a leader both at work and in his community.  He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and currently serves as the President of the Richardson Plano Guide Right Foundation which is dedicated to providing educational opportunities, life skills, coaching, and mentoring to youth in North Dallas. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Dallas Baptist University’s College of Business. Thomas has volunteered as a Student Success Coach at Dallas College – Brookhaven Campus since 2010 and serves as a student mentor for ScholarShot, a Dallas based non-profit dedicated to helping at-risk students complete degrees in higher education.
