After graduating from Baylor University and a successful career start with MCI Telecommunications in the areas of inside sales and service, Lesley Regalado began to realize her true life’s mission. She’s always been a “connector” and “matchmaker,” and her passion for helping companies build their desired corporate culture and people build their careers sparked a true passion for the business of talent acquisition and career coaching. Lesley realized the value of providing corporations, both large and small, with a flexible human resources workforce that allows her to partner with companies and candidates to make that perfect match. Career Resource Services is based solely on relationships. It has been built one client company and one candidate at a time. Lesley has been acknowledged as a customer focused human capital professional with exceptional ability to build relationships and teams at all levels. She is a progressive thinker who enjoys taking ownership of projects and driving change and improvement. She often has been recognized for the ability to influence and partner with clients, employees, and colleagues. Lesley has supported clients nationwide and abroad in a variety of industries, and she has filled jobs in many disciplines including accounting, finance, retail management, retail sales, procurement, supply chain, engineering, human resources, marketing, customer service, administrative, information technology, nursing, legal, truck driving, project management, sales, six sigma, university faculty and staff, and management to name a few.
Lesley has a particularly strong focus on diversity and inclusion, as well as helping to create and administer college recruiting programs. She has also assisted clients with applicant tracking system selection and implementation. Lesley has been a guest speaker at numerous college and university programs, a volunteer at several local elementary and middle schools, and currently serves as a career mentor at the University of Texas at Dallas and Baylor University and serves on the Board of Directors for Frisco Family Services and Texas Woman’s University’s Alumni Association. Lesley is a CPP Strong Interest Inventory Certified Practitioner and trained professional coach via the University of Miami. When she is not busy not running CRS, she works as an adjunct professor of sociology and student success at Brookhaven College and an associate professor of sociology at Collin College. She has served on the board of directors for the Youth Village Resources of Dallas and Anita N. Martinez Ballet Folklorico. She holds a B.S. in Education from Baylor University, a M.A. in Women’s Studies and Diversity from Texas Woman’s University, a College Counseling Certificate with distinction from UCLA, a M.A in Instructional Technology from the University of Alabama, and is currently completing her EdS (2020) and EdD (2021) in curriculum and instruction from the College of Education at Liberty University. Lesley is graduate of Leadership Frisco – Class 19, a member of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce, and Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses – DFW Cohort 13.
